Terms and Conditions

• Subject to AKOLA /MUMBAI Jurisdiction.
• Goods sold subject to rules & regulation of Dall Mill Association, AKOLA.
• Rates/ Quintal for 50 Kgs Packing
• Rs. 25/Quintal Extra for 30Kgs Packing.
• Orders will be accepted till 8:00 PM only
• Freight/ Quintal are approximate rates.
• Actual Freight Rate may Differ as chargeable by the Transporter at the time of Despatch of Goods.
• Subject to Availability at the time of Despatch of Goods.
• All risk & responsibility are of goods carrier & purchaser after Despatch of Goods from our factory premises.
• Buyer is liable to pay interest @ 21% p.a. if payment is not received within 30 days from the bill date.
• Deposit the payment in the account number of the respective firm as printed on the Invoice.
